Spent Christmas nearby NNP Los Nevados and the hostel was perfect for exploring. the staff was super friendly, had great advice on tours and buses, and even gave us free granola bars when we left early. Loved the light, airy double room with a great hot shower. the location was key - we could easily access tours and the nearby glacier. Plus, there was a really cute dog in the hostel to greet us!
Not really a bad experience, but when we asked for our room to be cleaned and linens changed, we had to remind the staff a few times.

This hostel is conveniently situated near many restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring the surroundings. the double room had clean sheets and a great view of the gardens. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served daily and there was a small bar with great prices.
The hostel could benefit from additional bathrooms to cater to its guests.

Mountain Hostel was the perfect choice for my stay in Manizales. The location was ideal, close to the vibrant bar and restaurant area but tucked away on a quiet residential street. The hostel itself had a lovely garden and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hostel for its cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The outdoor patio area was really enjoyable for relaxing with a drink. The lockers were huge and offered plenty of storage space. The location was great, within walking distance to nearby bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was decent, but lacked variety and flavor. , the electrical plugs in the room were inconveniently located.
